Our warranty is provided by Cobratype Computers and covers all hardware malfunctions not caused by the user (i.e. spilled drink, overclocking). Please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of our home page with any warranty related requests. For our complete warranty terms and conditions please contact us using with the title “Warranty Terms.”

Yes you can! If you’d like specification variations that are not available on our products page, you may submit an inquiry through the contact form with the title “Custom Build.”

Standard shipping is free with any order placed. We can often accommodate express shipping if requested. 

We generally ship your order within 2 business days. Transit times range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

In the rare case that something is incorrect with the item that you ordered, please give us a call or send us an email and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Yes you can! After placing the order, go ahead and send us an email and let us know that you would like to come pick it up, and we will give you a call when it is ready.

Cobratype only sells complete computer systems and not individual components. This includes CPUs, GPUs, Hard Drives, RAM Memory, Fans, Cases, Lighting, etc.

Cobratype provides free life time support. Even if your warranty has expired you may call or email our support staff for assistance.

  • Check all cable connections from your monitor to your PC make sure they are not loose and properly connected.
  • Confirm that you are not connecting the monitor to the onboard video output and are connecting the monitor to the video card (typically the bottom ports which may be covered by protective plastic covers).
  • On the monitor make sure to change between the input sources, most monitors will have the feature for selecting the input that the monitor is receiving a signal from. Make sure you have selected the proper input.
